Nature of Work:
Work with Assistant Director of Enrollment Services for the outbound call center and its daily functions. Works with student workers in outbound call center. Serving as additional support to inbound call center by answering incoming calls for Admissions, Enrollment Services, Financial Aid, Housing and Residence Life, Registrar, and UWG’s General Information line.
High School Diploma required. 2-4 years office experience required. Must be able to enunciate clearly.
1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
Experience using complex systems to multi-task preferred.
Experience in a call center setting preferred.
Salary $13.41 minimum - $17.85 midpoint
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
Must be able to work in an office setting for 8 hours a day (possibly longer in peak times). Must be able to answer the phone for extended periods of time. Must be able to get to other locations across campus in a reasonable amount of time. Must be able to sit in front of a computer for 8 hours a day and be able to interpret information. Must be able to enunciate clearly.
