This position is located in the Enrollment Services Call Center and is responsible for answering incoming calls and creating tickets using CRM (Customer Relations Management) and Contact Manager software for Admissions, Financial Aid, Housing/ Residence Life, Registrar, and the UWG General Information line. This position serves as back-up for generating reports from and resolving data discrepancies in CRM software.
A High School diploma and 1-year work experience are required. The position requires the applicant to be customer service oriented, patient, and not easily stressed. The applicant must be proficient with managing data from complex computer systems and be able to multitask comfortably with the phone and computer. Clear enunciation is a must.
Preference is given to applicants with experience in higher education, experience in a high volume call center, and/or experience with complex software used in higher education (Banner, Xtender, Ellucian Recruit, StarRez, Footprints)
Salary $11.83 minimum to $14.36 midpoint
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions Must be able to sit in front of a computer, answer calls for 8 hours a day and interpret information from multiple sources.
