Project Manager will be running projects ranging in size from $1,000,000-10,000,000. The duties are as follows:
  • Submittals
  • Project Scheduling
  • Project Coordination
  • Subcontractor Management
  • Payment Requisitions
  • Problem solving
  • Ordering of material
  • Buyouts
  • Budgeting
  • Shop Drawings
  • As Builts
  • Daily monitoring of projects
  • Budgets
  • Monthly Profit & Loss Statements for the jobs

Bachelors in Civil Engineering A REQUIREMENT. Masters is desired but not required.

We are looking for someone who has experience working with the agencies in the city of New York. More specifically, the Department of Design & Construction, Department of Environmental Protection, Port Authority and others. Sewer and water main experience is a plus. This is an office position.
