Duties: Provide high-level coordination for the Compensation department. Assist the director and specialists with client services, data management, reporting, compensation surveys, auditing of processes, and communication of policies and procedures. Coordinate large scale projects and communications; Uses Human Resources systems to facilitate processes and procedures; Prepares power point presentations, excel spreadsheets for statistical analysis; provide support including scanning, file management, and scheduling; respond to telephone inquiries from all levels across University on various compensation initiatives.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma and 5 years to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. College degree preferred. High level administrative support experience; strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, initiatives, good judgment and team orientation; accuracy and attention to detail, effective verbal and written communication skills with ability to exercise discretion in working with highly confidential and sensitive matters. Strong customer service and PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Pennworks and FLSA preferred.
