This position will be responsible to cover leaves, absences, and other vacancies of Patient Relations Assistant positions. The primary function of a Patient Relations Assistant is to respectfully acknowledge and greet patients, accurately register patients during the check-in process as well as during patient check-out, accurate appointment scheduling, ensure timely and appropriate follow-up with patients or referring physicians on all appointment requests, and a strong sense to patient privacy by ensuring HIPAA compliancy. Position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, teamwork, and proficient communication skills.

Weekdays only. Anytime between 7:00am - 6:00pm. No holidays or weekends.



Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

Excellent Customer Service Skills, Attention to detail, Effective written and verbal
communications skills, Computer literacy, knowledge of registration and insurance
terminology preferred.
