Position Summary:
University Store. The Store Operations Associate provides assistance to the University Store with order management, customer relations and sales. Occasional weekend work is required.

Essential Functions

  • Plans and orders products for resale based on seasonal demand and forecasted budgets.
  • Meets with vendors and associates and attends trade shows and conferences.
  • Supervises staff and provides training as needed.
  • Answers product related and general inquiries.

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    Effective communication (verbal and written), organization and human relations skills; ability to work well in a diverse environment; proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office Applications software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; successful completion of background investigation prior to employment.

    Three or more years of related work experience in the textbook retail industry.

    Salary Range: $24,969 - $31,226
