Required Qualifications: (As Evidenced by an Attached Resume)
Ph.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) in biochemistry, cell biology, cancer biology, or closely related biological sciences. Three (3) years of experience in biochemistry, cell biology, cancer biology or closely related field, to include at least one year of research experience following attainment of a doctoral degree.The candidate needs to have strong record of publications, high motivation and strong molecular biology background. Technical expertise in standard basic molecular and cellular techniques, including cell culture, transfections/transductions, siRNA, QRT-PCR, chromatin immunoprecipitation and animal studies is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in mouse breast cancer models, breast cancer, and computational analyses.

Brief Description of Duties:
The selected candidate is expected to plan, conduct and document experiments independently and independently evaluate and interpret data. The selected candidate is also expected to develop scientific writing and presentation skills, including grant proposals, manuscript preparation and formal seminars.

Independently design and conduct experiments and analyze data: tissue culture, mouse studies, molecular biology experiments, computational analysis

Write manuscripts and proposals Responsible for the overall management of the lab, may provide training on specialized skills and research methods. Other duties as assigned. Special Notes: FLSA Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA. Minimum salary threshold must be met to maintain FLSA exemption.
