ANNUAL (12 months)
Degree and Area of Specialization:
M.D. or D.O., and completion of a US-based fellowship in Orthopedic Trauma
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Completion of a US-based residency program in orthopedic surgery and a US-based fellowship program in Orthopedic Trauma.
A rank of Associate Professor (CHS) or Professor (CHS) will require that a candidate's credentials meet criteria for rank per established UW School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines.
License or certificate:
Board eligible or Board certified in Orthopedic Surgery, Wisconsin medical license or eligible for.
