Job Description

Assist Executive Sous Chef with production and food preparation for Dining Services.

practice safe and healthy food handling procedures

must be able to use a knife safely

must be able to follow standardized recipes

must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner

Must have the ability to perform in all stations of the kitchen

must finish and deliver product in a timely manner

must have the ability to complete repetitive tasks with minimal over sight

must provide customer service with a helpful positive attitude and be knowledgeable of all menu items

Required Experience

A.A. in Culinary Arts or certification from accredited culinary school preferred.

High school degree or equivalent required.
