University of North Texas Dallas - Administrative Coordinator
This is a professional administrative position responsible for managing the administrative support for the Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities Planning and Development. The primary responsibilities of this position include researching and interpreting policies and procedures, purchasing, travel, human resources, and property control functions. Analyzes and makes recommendations on office operation needs to include equipment, workflow, and materials. Provide direct support for the Associate Vice Chancellor to include correspondence, data compilation, and preparation of reports, calendar maintenance, and related responsibilities. Duties and tasks are frequently non-routine. Resolves most questions, including some where only limited standardization exists.
