Nature of Work:
The purpose of this job is to enhance the overall educational experience of students.
The Coordinator of Leadership Programs will report to the Director of the Center for Student Involvement and will develop, implement and coordinate a comprehensive university-wide leadership program, including Lead Day for student organization leaders, and Lead Weekend for incoming leaders. The Coordinator will develop and manage the Leadership to Go Series and Tracks, provide a variety of leadership resources for student leaders, and assist department staff in the development and presentation of leadership programs for the variety of program areas in the department.
Bachelor’s required, 1-2 years full time or as graduate assistant advising student organizations or students, 1-2 years full time or as graduate student developing/implementing leadership or training programs, excellent communication/interpersonal skills, ability to manage a budget.
Master’s degree in Student Development, Higher Education or a closely related field preferred.
Salary $15.87 minimum - $22.38 midpoint
