COORDINATOR, ALUMNI CAREER SERVICES
Duties: Reporting to the Director of MBA Alumni Career Services and working under the direction of both the Director of Alumni Career Services and the Strategic Operations Project Manager, the primary role of this position is to serve as the coordinator for Alumni Career Services and the office's Career Reporting Initiative.
Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Assist the Director of Alumni Career Management, working on various projects related to alumni career support and student and alumni engagement programs
Provide project management support relating to alumni career programs such as the Alumni Resume Book, Board of Director Resume Book, career programming, surveys and data collection, advising and coaching metrics, and marketing materials (website, handouts, and videos).
Provide project management support to increase student and alumni engagement. Programs include Global Chats, Power Dinners, Alumni Orientation, Pub Outside of Penn (POP) and new projects as they arise.
Leads the scheduling of Alumni Advising appointments, external vendor meeting, and cross-departmental meetings.
Serve as the primary student-facing contact, engaging in focused email campaigns, and responding to student questions
Investigate leads on student job acceptances using Web resources like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google
Assist in data analysis and tracking, using Excel and Access
Assist in the production of presentations related to Offer Data
Maintain / update the Public Offer Data website
Occasionally cover MBACM reception desk
Responsible for greeting all visitors including students, recruiters and alumni and responding to all inquiries that come to the MBACM office
Must maintain knowledge of departmental systems, programs, services and initiatives with the goal to exhibit exemplary customer service to ensure a high level of stakeholder satisfaction. M
Maintain superior knowledge of MBACM's online recruiting system to be able to utilize and understand all portals (resume book, CareerReporting, student records, company and contact records, etc.) and provide insight into end-user experience and site functionality to strategic enhancements.
Maintain knowledge of broader school-wide initiatives in effort to effectively direct stakeholders to the proper resource.

Student Engagement related initiatives such as providing support to the Mock Interview Program and MBACM Pre-term
Employer Services initiatives such as recruiting events and on-campus interviews
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 2 years to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
