Usual Duties: Performs advanced and complex administrative support duties for Impaired Driving Initiatives.

Other Requirements for the Position: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Four years relevant administrative assistant experience or experience in a related field. Experience in Higher Education is desirable. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered. Experience in grant budgeting and financial management is desired. Experience with SHSU purchasing policies and procedures, systems (BearkatBuy and P- Card) and Travel is necessary.
