Job Description

Consolidated Payment Services is a stable and growing credit card processing company that is looking for an EXPERIENCED Outbound Call Center Director for our Dallas location. We offer a fun, fast-paced and business casual environment focused on success.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities

Directly managing the call center

including ongoing coaching, development, and improvement of hired staff

monitoring call center activity

taking supervisory / escalated calls and enforcing work standards throughout the department.

Budgeting

Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

5 years experience in Call Center Manager/Director position

Must have experience in preparing weekly payroll

Advanced PC skills

Must have excellent leadership and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent work ethics

Ability to work and motivate a large team of professionals
