We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team at Gill Guys Group, LLC (dba Five Guys Burgers and Fries)! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization. Majority of work will take place in the Company office, not in the restaurant.
- Manage office activity at company headquarters
- Coordinate Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Produce and maintain all financial reports and documents
- Human Resource management
- Cash reconciliation at store level
- Perform other office tasks (vendor communication, office supplies, manage records and files, data entry, etc...)
- Minimal previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
