*Customer Service & Satisfaction, Scheduling, Project Costs, Safety & Quality Control
*Minimum 5 years experience working with a General Contracting company
*Must have experience building tenant improvements and ground up projects, renovation experience, prior trade experience (carpentry, drywall, paint, electric, plumbing, etc.)
*Medical construction experience
*Strong verbal and oral communication skills
*Computer skills: MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Project, internet, email, etc.
*Excellent time management & communication skills, outgoing and service driven
*Must have references
