Adjunct Assistant Professor - Horticulture
For fall 2017 semester, adjunct instructors are needed for:
Hort 115 Home Horticulture. T 6:00 - 9:00 PM.
Hort 135 Landscape Design. T 2-6 PM.
Hort 140 Turf grass 1, MW 6:00 - 8:00 PM
Hort 165 Arboriculture. R 6:00 - 10:00 PM (* Hort 165 Arborist certification and training essential)
Hort 201, Intro to Horticultural Sciences. R 6:00 - 9:00 PM
Hort 235, Landscape Maintenance. R 2- 6:00 PM.
Required: Masters degree with 18 graduate hours in Horticultural Sciences OR Bachelor of Science in Horticulture with three years industry experience
Preferred: Masters or PhD in Horticultural Sciences; B.S. degree in Agricultural sciences/Horticultural Sciences
Also required: Industry experience and College level teaching experience
