Web/Digital Media & Advertising Sales (Base+Comm+Bonus)

360 PSG is the leading provider of website and digital marketing solutions in the Western NY region serving the entire US and Canada. We are seeking experienced sales account managers (2 current growth openings) to prospect and build a recurring client base of modern digital marketing solutions for small businesses. Looking for the folks that are passionate about making the sale when they believe in the product/team they are selling.
This position is ideal to on-board quickly for anyone that has some experience already selling directly to business owners and sales/marketing teams at small and mid-size companies locally and outside the area.
Do you have SOME experience in any of the following areas of sales/account management/biz dev?
- Web or digital media advertising products and services (online ads, websites, search optimization, social media marketing, etc)
- Newspaper, circulars, paper ads of any kind can transition easily into the digital world clients are looking for here
- Radio, TV, or Billboard style advertising where better results and performance of digital makes return customers easier to serve
- Any other form of advertising or business growth tools/products that customers seek as ways to grow their top and bottom lines
We will train you on the specific product lines (the techie stuff) and set you up for ultimate success, but you need to bring your B2B sales/relationship building experience to the table in which you helped other businesses by introducing, pitching, and closing product lines that would increase their revenue, leads, and prospects. Your first week will consist of working directly with our Sales Director to develop a specific revenue and activity model that mutually fits your approach and our performance metrics for success.
After 12 years and thousands of clients... 360 is still rapidly expanding having just moved July 1st, 2016 from our old offices to our new 9,000 square foot class A headquarters in Amherst, NY. The position works from inside the office with little travel (mostly if needed to visit and engage your regional accounts in person).
FIRST YEAR performance at base goals will generate $55,000 - $75,000 annually (includes your base, commission, and bonus) with additional add-ons and bonuses introduced throughout the year. There is no cap on the compensation/commissions and you retain your accounts year-after-year for re-ups and renewals creating an annual personal recurring revenue stream for retention and up-selling of your own accounts.
With our new larger office space, we are looking to add 2 to 3 additional account reps to our growing sales team in this round of expansion (we have the desk space now to continue our hiring in this new space). No specific web knowledge is required if you know how to sell any other form of marketing/advertising to the same target audience. Our client results speak for themselves with over a 95% year-over-year retention and growth rate. A true hunter can make six-figures with the right drive and heads down focus. The operations team has grown by over 20% since 2016 to fulfill the 35%+ growth rates being experienced by our current sales team on the top line.
