The School of Engineering is one of the largest schools at Stanford University and is one of the top-rated engineering schools in the world. We seek an administrative associate to provide administrative and operational support to the Office of the Dean. The Office of the Dean supports eight departments: Engineering Research Administration, Information Technology, Facilities, Human Resources, Finance, Faculty Affairs, External Relations, and Student Affairs.
This position requires ability to handle a wide variety of tasks, multi-task, and prioritize work to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with strong attention to detail.
Provide administrative or operational support working under general supervision.

Education & Experience
High school diploma and three years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
