MIDDLEBURY COLLEGE, the Department of Political Science invites applications for a tenure-track position in International Relations, beginning in September 2018. We seek candidates with broad training in International Relations, who will contribute to our International Politics and Economics Program. Successful candidates will be able toteach an introductory course in International Politics, a core course on International Political Economy, and courses in the field of International Political Economy, broadly defined. Subjects may include, but are not limited to, international law, trade flows, financial flows, migration and globalization. Appointment will be made at the rank of Assistant Professor or Instructor.Applicants must show evidence and/or promise of excellence in teaching students from diverse backgrounds and have an active research agenda.
