About the Position

Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Transition and Retention services, and receiving work lead direction from the Program Director for the Black/African American and Chican@/Latin@ Student Success Program Directors and the UndocuSpartan Center Program Center, the Administrative Coordinator for the Black/African American Student Success Center, Chicanx/Latinx Student Success Center, and the UndocuSpartan Center provides a broad range of administrative and clerical functions. Working under general supervision, this position has responsibility for administrative and clerical tasks related to fiscal transactions and reconciliations, calendar management, website management and operational unit activities.
