Construction Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents
Caruso Homes, Inc. is seeking experienced, highly motivated, quality oriented Superintendents & Assistant Superintendents for new home jobsites in Prince George's County. Responsibilities include management of all aspects of the construction of single-family and multi-family homes including coordination of trades, reviewing budgets, scheduling and ensuring quality standards are being met. Minimum of 2 years college education or 5+ years field experience required, good communication skills, ability to read blueprints and site plans, team player attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Truck Required for all positions.

candidates to join our team. We are seeking a community Sales Manager to manage our
sales and marketing efforts in northern Prince George County. Job requirements include, but
are not limited to, demonstrating the home, perform financial analysis, generate competitive
market analysis, work through construction related issues, and maintain long term
relationships with buyers.
