JOB SUMMARY:


Serves as the primary PeopleSoft security administrator for HR. Maintaining and auditing user accounts and system access. Manages department web pages and applications, performing content updates and new development as required. Supports departmental reporting and data analysis needs. Participates is various HR special projects. Provides general hardware/software IT support for department users. Performs other duties as assigned.


JOB DUTIES:


Systems Administration: Serves as the primary security adminstrator for the PeopleSoft HR system. Manages user accounts, performs system audits, provides resolutions to user access issues. Supports the administration and maintenance of the other various HR applications. 30% - Essential

Data Reporting and Analysis: Supports the data reporting and analysis needs of the department. Performs data analysis, data audits, develops metrics, as assigned. 30% - Essential

Technical Expertise: Maintains expert level knowledge of various HR systems, including hardware, software and custom web applications. Providing end user support, documentation, and training for the various HR systems. Researches IT solutions and makes reccomendations applicable to HR needs. 30% - Essential

Collaboration: Participates in various IT groups and projects across campus as it pertains to HR IT functions. Attends meetings, collaborates with cross functional, cross departmental teams representing HR IT as assigned. 5% - Essential

End User IT Support: Provides support for end user hardware, software, teleconference and general IT needs as it relates to their job function. 5% - Essential

A bachelor's degree in a related area may be substituted for the required work experience.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:


Bachelor's Degree and 3 years experience


WORK SCHEDULE:


Standard Hrs: 37.5; Band: 06 ($ 39,960.00 - $ 73,935.00)
