Specialist position with a three-year appointment in a vibrant and growing undergraduate and graduate Nutrition and Food Studies Department. We are seeking a clinical specialist to coordinate the placement, supervision, and instruction of our undergraduate students to successfully complete the 200+ hour formal internship requirement. This job will include: developing and maintaining internship (undergraduate) and practicum (graduate) site relationships, creating and maintaining evaluations of site quality and student outcomes, and serve as instructor of record for the internship course NUFD 409.
Qualifications & Requirements
Earned Masters Degree and competence working in database and Excel; ability to work with department faculty to review and revise curriculum and fieldwork requirements as needed to reflect best practices and ensure compliance with accrediting agencies.
Experience in Human Resources, business-to-business relationships, trade show, or other customer relation positions; instructional experience in corporate training or higher education. Salary dependent upon qualifications.
