Duties: Manage the Clinical Contract Process and Contract Management Database for the School of Nursing. Initiate, review and process 350 contracts, negotiating with multiple outside agencies. Manage the clinical agency compliance requirements and background checks for 1,075 School of Nursing students each semester to ensure compliance with clinical agency requirements. Coordinate the onboarding process for students entering clinical rotations each semester. Provide compliance advising support to School of Nursing students. Manage the Travel Reimbursement Process for Undergraduate Clinical Courses.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Work experience in a university setting and a Masters degree in Higher Education or related field are preferred.

Must be able to effectively manage multiple projects and work in a team environment. Familiarity with negotiating contracts preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.. Proficiency in computing necessary (including web content editing, Excel expertise, database management). Experience with writing database queries and producing reports for institutional research purposes. Experience with SRS, SFSEASI, and Business Objects preferred. Familiarity with state licensing, immunizations, compliance, and certification processes preferred.
