HVAC Service Manager
$55K-$65K yearly + Commission
Established 5 Star rated HVAC Company is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager with strong leadership and mentoring skills that is passionate about superior customer service. One who excels at troubleshooting, diagnosis, servicing, and repairing all types of HVAC equipment. This individual must be a proven leader, who is goal oriented, self-motivated and personable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*The Service Manager serves as technical support and quality assurance of all field personnel.
*Must be able to effectively work with both installation and service.
*Provide technical assistance to the install and service staff.
*Ensure quality work is completed in the field - completing quality surveys of all change outs and new construction.
*Train install and service technicians as required.
*Oversee daily Service and Installation meetings.
*Facilitate weekly safety/training meetings.
*Evaluates work load and schedules service work in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes profits.
*Resolves customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
*Timely and accurately generate reports that measure departmental operations; maintaining accurate records of all types to be reviewed with management.
*Minimum of 5 years install, maintenance and repair experience of heating, cooling, air conditioning, and ventilation systems in residential.
*Proven success in managing/leading a team in a business environment.
*Successful history of building teams with direct responsibility for hiring/terminating employees.
*Valid driver's license
*NATE certified is a plus
