Position Overview
Baylor University is seeking an experienced professional for the Senior Coordinator of Greek Life for MGC & NPHC. The Senior Coordinator of Greek Life advises the National Pan-Hellenic Council and the Multicultural Greek Council and is responsible for helping the organizations in these councils grow in size and number.

The successful candidate for this position must also demonstrate:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional relationship building skills with a wide variety of constituents
  • Ability to advise student organizations and support the University's mission through effective communication

Qualifications
A Master's degree in Student Personnel Services, 1 year of relevant work and a demonstrated Christian faith is required. A Master's degree and 3 years of relevant work are preferred.
