The College of Motion Picture Arts at Florida State University invites applications for a visiting, full-time position at the rank of Teaching Faculty I. This is a 12-month, non-tenure earning position, responsible for teaching coursework in Directing for Motion Pictures in the Bachelor of Fine Arts and Master of Fine Arts Production and Animation programs.

The successful candidate will be able to develop curricula and teach courses in directing. Typical responsibilities include: teaching 1-2 courses per semester; mentoring and advising students; and, contributing to curriculum/program development, including serving on committees, researching industry trends, and advising on classroom facilities, tools, and technology.
