Duties: This is a full-time position with the Center for Health Behavior Research (CHBR), Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania. The research coordinator position involves coordinating a new in-store marketing research project and providing support to additional food environment research projects. Responsibilities include assisting the Project Manager and Senior Staff to plan field research trainings, overseeing research support staff, managing participant recruitment and tracking, implementing intervention strategies, collecting observational data, monitoring project timelines, data entry/management, and assisting the principal investigator as needed.
Qualifications: Candidate should be organized and have ability to multi-task. BA/BS in a social science discipline and 1 to 2 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Must have experience working with Microsoft Office (including access, excel) and be comfortable traveling to supermarkets in the greater Philadelphia area. Health/medical research experience is desirable. Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
