Job Summary Reporting to the Assistant Director of Scholarship Stewardship, the Scholarship Stewardship Coordinator is responsible for helping to support the projected growth of scholarship donor contributions to the University of Georgia. Their role will help to ensure that donors to UGA are properly thanked and reported to in a timely manner and meaningful way. The Stewardship Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Assistant Director of Scholarship Stewardship in all aspects of university-wide scholarship stewardship with initiatives aimed at elevating the UGA scholarship donor experience. These initiatives include personalized communications, gratitude reports, and custom stewardship opportunities. In addition to supporting scholarship donor stewardship, the coordinator will also be responsible for overseeing weekly and monthly donor stewardship communications. All stewardship will further the goals of both the University of Georgia and the development division. The Stewardship Coordinator will use exceptional attention to detail and time management to implement stewardship initiatives that will ensure the University's donors feel appreciated and informed about the impact of their gift(s). Our stewardship activities will engage, inspire, educate and thank donors for their generosity. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus 3 years experience in customer service, hospitality organization, development, or related occupations; OR a combination of equivalent training and experience.
