SUMMARY

Provide research and data collection support for the assign area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Conduct, analyze, and report on assessment tools as required.

Conduct, analyze, and report on employer, student, and other completed surveys.

Assist in the design and statistical analysis of HCCS Pilot Surveys.

Aid in the development and training of department personnel.

Test departmental computer applications before implementation.

Compile and maintain departmental filing system.

Assist with clerical duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above. The qualifications listed below are representative of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

EDUCATION

High school degree or GED equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

One (1) year work-related experience required, two (2) years preferred. Training in desktop publishing, technical communication, technical writing, or computer science a plus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Knowledge of research practices and principles

Ability to work independently

Ability to meet deadlines

Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with all levels of employees

Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications
