Provide Administrative support and supervise the main reception area for Metropolitan Colleges Office of Undergraduate Student Services. Involved in project management, event management, marketing, operations, and communications. Work independently as needed to interact on a daily basis with the Registrar, Enrollment Services, and many other BU departments. Establish and maintain all student files for degree and non-degree students. Create, maintain, and update various databases. Execute Admissions functions through our Customer Response Management System, EMP.

Qualifications:

Two years of college or equivalent, B.A./B.S. preferred, excellent organization and communication skills, the ability to work with a diverse population, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and one to three years of related office experience.
