Position: Assistant Manager

Description: As an Assistant Manager you will:
-Support the Store Manager in achieving your store's financial, operational and guest service goals while maintaining quality product
-Coach, develop and motivate the staff to reach their personal and professional best
-Assist in resolving guest concerns, managing team performance and operational excellence

Position Requirements: Strong knowledge of P&L, inventory, financial reporting, operations and guest services
-Experience with leadership, training and coaching with strong communication skills
-Manager Food Safety Certification (California)

Shift: Various Shifts

Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time
