English Language Program. The Administrative Coordinator provides leadership for development program growth, including strategic planning, operations program development and delivery, student recruitment, enrollment and retention.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Effective communication (verbal and written), human relations and organizational skills; proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications, including word processing, spreadsheets and databases; ability to work well in a diverse environment; successful completion of background investigation prior to employment.
Master’s Degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL)/Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) or related field; PhD/EdE in TESL or closely related field; Certificate training in TESOL or ESL.
Five years of experience teaching English for Specific Populations (ESP) & English as a Second Language (ESL), in addition to administrating and supervising an intensive English program.
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
