Job Description

Bankcard Services is seeking a Web Solutions Coordinator to support our Web Solutions Team. This position is located in Torrance, California.

Web Solution Coordinator - Web Solution (Entry-Level)

Web Solution Coordinator is accountable for providing liaison support between Development Unit and Operations by researching, resolving and communicating development issues in a timely manner which promotes effective customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests
  • Researches competitive products
  • Increasing Social Following and engagement
  • Providing Technical and Customer support related to Web Solution team's product issues
  • Operations and Sales support for all new Web Solution merchant applications
  • Solving issues for customers by troubleshooting, investigating problems and proactively identifying support needs in Korean and English
  • Improving internal efficiency and customer satisfaction by proactively developing new processes for optimized workflow
  • Managing product development process from the concept phase to the post-launch analysis phase
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Some degree of flexibility to cover other shifts as needed
  • Provide assistance, advice, problem solving, and technical information to customers regarding the use of software applications

SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • Bilingual: Korean & English (Required)
  • Entry-Level
  • Education: High school or college courses include those related to business, such as management or marketing
  • 1 or more years Customer Service experience in a similar role
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Extreme attention to detail, strong organization skills and a high sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Strong project management/time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high volume environment, with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
