U-Haul International is seeking an Urban Planner who will manage the entire planning, zoning and entitlement process in order to develop a property.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years experience and possess construction management experience.
- Research initial zoning requirements and analyze zoning ordinances for properties.
- Prepare zoning reports.
- Research and analyze zoning ordinances
- Communicate ordinance requirements to management
- Prepare presentations to attend pre-application meetings with various government councils, as well as make presentation to public hearings and neighborhood meetings.
