Required Qualifications: MD/DO degree. Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. Eligible for medical licensure in New York State.
Preferred Qualifications: Interest in primary care practice and resident education.
Responsibilities & Requirements: The Department of Pediatrics at the State University of New York at Stony Brook seeks faculty in the Division of Pediatric Primary Care to develop a primary care practice in Medicine/Pediatrics, including supervision of continuity clinic for Medicine/Pediatric residents. The Assistant/Associate Professor will be responsible for teaching, research and patient care programs appropriate to a major University.
Special Notes: This is a non-tenure track position. FLSA Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA. Internal and external search to occur simultaneously. Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.
