Graduate Admissions Front Desk Associate
This 1st level of administrative support performs standard secretarial and/or minor administrative duties under the direct supervision of either various higher level staff/faculty members, management and/or in some cases, lower level executive management.
Candidate will be the front point of contact for walk in applicants and candidates to the Graduate College. Candidate will be first point of contact for all phone calls to the Graduate College. Candidate will immediately triage the needs of phone callers and walk ins to the correct individual within the Graduate College so as to provide the most efficient and timely customer services to customers of all types; applicants, accepted students, potential applicants, faculty or other stakeholders. Applicant will manage the admissions email to triage and distribute all emails coming in to the unit (100+ per day) that need to be sent to the correct individual in the unit in order to timely process applications for the Graduate College. The candidate will also handle continuing overflow to manage the input in to the application CRM by scanning, collating, and filing application hard copy documents.

High School diploma or GED equivalent and 2 years clerical experience.
Prior experience with phone customer service.
Prior experience with CRM's
Prior experience with fast paced office environment.
