Essential responsibilities and duties:
The role of a Site HR Manager is to implement strategic Human Resources policies and tools and to provide support to management on human resources related items.
The main missions of the role are:
o Apply the principles and practices of human resource management to contribute to the success of the business
o Effectively anage interactions to provide service and to support the organization.
o Provide guidance to organizational stakeholders
o Direct and contribute to initiatives and processes within the organization.
o Effectively exchange with stakeholders.
o Understand and apply information to contribute to the organization's strategic plan.
o Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc. at site level.
o Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including "Employee Empowerment", part of the Faurecia Excellence System.
o Assist the divisions functions in the management of HR issues in line with business objectives.
o Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives.
o Report relevant HR information to the Division.
o Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes.
o Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia's Code of Ethics and Code of Management.
o Utilize the Faurecia HR Leadership Competency Model to support in benchmark HR activities (see below)
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Bachelors Degree
Ideal Education Level: Master degree with a specialisation in HR Management
o 7 to 10 years progressively more responsible in HR function with experience an industrial environment
o Demonstrated ability in championing change with an emphasis on professional HR business acumen
o From a learning culture and understands people development, support in this tranformation
o Excellent demonstratable experience with managerial courage
o Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teams
o Experience working within an HR Business Partner model
o Know how to brand the company in the local market, community involvement, local relations, etc.
Skills and competencies:
o Experience leading and motivating a professional population
o Ability to influence and persuade in a collaborative environment
o Excellent knowledge of employment law
o Intellectual agility
o Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems
o Strong written and oral communications skills
o People and organizational agility

o Ability to build and develop an effective team
