GRADUATE ENROLLMENT OPERATIONS DIRECTOR, Office of the Provost (4750/F2617)
The Graduate Enrollment Operations Director will manage and oversee the graduate admission process for BU's schools and colleges as it relates to software and technology. The Director will work closely with all of BU's graduate admission offices, Information Services and Technology (IS&T), and relevant individuals in the Office of the Provost to streamline admission operations. The individual will manage the functional aspects of UniCAS, the University's graduate admission system, and will work closely with the vendor, Liaison International, to manage and strengthen this relationship. In addition to the admission operation function, the Director will also oversee and lead additional operational projects related to the University's enrollment growth initiative: event management, recruitment, and student services. Graduate admission at Boston University is decentralized (schools and colleges manage their own admission processing), but there is a shared, centrally-resourced and supported technology solution. The Director will report to the Assistant Provost for Graduate Enrollment Management, and will be a critical team member in Graduate Affairs in the Office of the Provost.

B.A./B.S. required. Five to eight years of relevant experience required. Experience with operations in a graduate admission office strongly preferred.
A robust understanding of a graduate admission cycle is required, as is direct experience with admission application software and CRMs. Familiarity with Liaison International products (WebAdMIT, EMP, UniCAS), ITIL foundations, ServiceNow, and SalesForce a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, in addition to an outstanding ability to problem solve and manage multiple competing priorities are needed. The individual must be able to work independently, set priorities, meet and exceed goals, and adjust to University and vendor priorities.
Project management experience a plus.
