Job Description

Responsible for the overall management and operations of the kitchen, including but not limited to;
  • Coordination and participation in Kitchen Operations
  • Monitoring Kitchen food and labor costs
  • Managing inventory of food product and product ordering, as well as receiving
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen by standards of Anduzzi's Sports Club
  • Comply with State and Local Health Department Regulations
  • Hire, train and schedule all Kitchen staff
  • Ensure Corporate Continuity of expectations are being executed and met

Job Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a management role, specifically Kitchen Manager or Chef in a high volume operation
  • Knowledge of Sports Themed Restaurant/Bar operations including some event catering
  • ServSafe or Wisconsin Food Manager Certification preferred
  • Experience with monitoring of food and labor cost, menu development and costing
  • Experience with ordering and inventory procedures
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure and motivate a team during high stress rushes
  • Strong leadership skills
