Responsible for adhering to all rules and regulations associated with the team sport the College and the NJCAA. He/she has primary responsibility for recruiting and coaching eligible players, organizing, implementing, coordinating and supervising all aspects of the team sport and for attending practices and games. Required to work collaboratively with Athletic Department and College staff.
- Bachelor's degree; at least two years coaching experience;
- First Aid/CPR-AED certification;
- Knowledge of good practice pertaining to sport techniques, rules and regulations;
- Demonstrated strong leadership and sportsmanship skills, organizational ability and effective teaching/coaching skills;
- Knowledge and competence in athletics injury prevention;
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team player and build relationships;
- Demonstrated ability to manage program/people;
- Proven ability to work with a diverse faculty, staff and student population.
Salary Range for Head Coach: $4,550.00 - $5,000.00 Based Upon Experience
