Anesthesiology-Basic Sciences

Work Performed:
  • Analyze lab needs for glioblastoma drug development; coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of necessary supplies; monitor inventory.
  • Perform research activities in support of glioblastoma drug development.
  • Work will involve lab studies, both in vitro and in vivo; assist with special projects as assigned.
  • Prepare scientific reports and analyses. Interacting with company scientists from our industry sponsors on our research activities and progress.
  • Recommend various personnel actions including, but not limited to, hiring, performance appraisals, promotions and vacation schedules; train employees.

Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Education

Work requires a bachelor's degree in botany, biology, zoology or other directly related scientific field.

Experience

Work requires two years of research experience.
