CLINICAL RESEARCH COORD B
Duties: This position will support the faculty, residents, and fellows of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery in the preparation for, conduct of, and completion of any and all Human Subjects Research projects in which they are engaged. This position will report administratively to the Director of Clinical Research for Orthopaedic Surgery and will report, on a study-specific basis to the respective principal investigators. The CRC will also work on Department level research initiatives as required.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 2 years to 4 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience in clinical research, regulatory, or medical environment preferred. Effective problems solving abilities, effective communication and writing skills, and detail oriented. Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful as well as MS Office application skills including word and Excel preferred. Certification and proficiency in venipuncture, ECG and Blood Pressure is a plus.
