Job Summary This position is funded with benefits initially through June 30, 2018 with the possibility to renew for an additional period. The Instructional Technology Development Principal (Instructional Designer) will direct the development of a comprehensive training program in support of UGA's OneSource project. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with project personnel, volunteers and consultants to design, develop, and deliver a quality training program that effectively addresses UGA culture and expectations, and integrates adult learning teaching methods, technology tools and assessments to enhance student learning. The position reports directly to Sarah Fraker, Change Management Lead on UGA's OneSource Project. This position also serves as a project manager to plan and develop training needs post-project, ensuring effective and efficient resource utilization and timely task completion.
