Job Summary Reporting to the Senior Director of Gift and Estate Planning, the Associate Director of Gift and Estate Planning will cultivate relationships with alumni, family and friends of the university and actively solicit planned gifts to support the institution. The Associate Director will also partner with development staff in schools, colleges and units across campus to offer expertise on deferred gift instruments and will manage the Trust and Estates Coordinator position to ensure matured estate dollars are received and utilized in accordance with donor's intentions. The position will also work with the Senior Director to develop a strategy for increasing visibility and awareness among the professional audience including accountants, attorneys, life insurance brokers, etc. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience in higher education, including 3 years of fundraising experience.
