Job Summary The Research Professional will be responsible for research studies that focus on host-pathogen interactions associated with multiple Gram-negative bacteria including (Acinetobacter baumannii, Campylobacter jejuni, Vibrio cholerae, and pathogenic species of E. coli). Additionally, the employee will aid in the design and generation of novel vaccines and antimicrobial to combat Gram-negative infections. The applicant will also aid in the support of BSL-2 laboratory activities and maintenance of laboratory equipment. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree and no experience or equivalent combination of Bachelor's degree plus experience and skills required. Area-specific certification and/or training may be required and other training will be provided as appropriate.
