Posting Summary:
The Department of Physics at the University of Virginia invites applications for a post-doctoral Research Associate in Theoretical High Energy Physics, anticipated to begin September 2017. The group's interests include (but are not restricted to) high-temperature field theory, string theory and applications of AdS/CFT. Candidates must have a PhD degree by the appointment start date.

This is a one-year appointment which may be renewed for an additional year, contingent on available funding and satisfactory performance.
