The Department of Microbiology, Immunology & Tropical Medicine (MITM) at The George Washington University's School of Medicine and Health Sciences, is expanding its educational activities and seeks applicants for a full-time, regular non-tenure track faculty position at the Assistant/Associate Professor level.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include teaching in the department's graduate and professional courses; managing current MITM courses and programs; leading development of new courses and degree programs both locally and internationally; identifying and securing resources for new programs; serving as a teaching resource for departmental colleagues; and supporting the professional development of our students.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Ph.D. in microbiology, immunology, infectious diseases, or related discipline at the time of application; and a minimum of three years of experience teaching at the graduate level, developing courses and programs, and managing educational programs.
