Job Description

The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of graphic design and internet marketing and IT related tasks. Besides being an extremely organized and process-oriented individual, this position will entail creative design knowledge for the various marketing initiatives assigned. In addition, the candidate should, when required, be able to assist with a variety of research and analysis projects related to ongoing sales campaigns.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Manage, design and production of print product catalog.

• Conceptualize, design and layout images for web and print campaigns, blog post, social media, and email blasts.

• Design graphic solutions to communicate brand messages in all print and web related channels.

• Research, identify and share current industry design trends and competitive reviews as they relate to the brand.

• Accept other responsibilities as assigned.

Websites

• Reporting and Analysis: Develop, track & present routine and ad-hoc business performance updates, with the goal of improving conversion rates, transactions, and average transaction size. Participate in the forecasting and planning process.

• Execute website upgrades/improvements with external development/tech resources as needed based on scope of project.

Develop and lead execution of content additions to websites to increase brand experience and drive in-store customer traffic.

• Manage and execute new product updates/launches Manage content/page development and additions to the site. Add new products to the site catalogs (add product to database, copy, images, and other product attributes).

• Using third-party software, effectively manage product listings and product feeds to ensure accurate listings with a high potential to appear in relevant search results on Amazon and eBay

• Coordinate closely with merchandising and inventory to implement pricing strategy effectively and drive conversion

• Read and react to business on a daily basis, including but not limited to implementing changes to product titles, descriptions, customer service issues and pricing

• Maximize reach within Amazon and eBay by utilizing all available marketing tools

• Develop and manage timely response and/or resolution processes with customer service and social marketing team around marketplace issues related to customer feedback

• Report on daily sales metrics as well as analyze sales patterns by category and top-selling items

• Lead mission critical site issue resolution with IT and technical resources.

• Provide Information Technology (IT) database administration and web-site management in various data centers (physical, virtual, cloud-based).

• Database Administration and Web-Site Support

• Provide day-to-day support including analysis, debugging, maintenance and performance tuning for a variety of small to medium scale web applications running in an environment comprised of Windows Server 2008 or higher, MYSQL Server DB, etc.

• Participate in new installations and configurations supporting Cloud migration projects. Assist with the migration of the production / staging / test environments to a physical or cloud-based alternatives, including initial setup and configuration. Assist in issue resolution should problems arise.

• Develop new Magento web platform for different branded sites, working closely with Magento developers and associated plug-ins to achieve timeline goals

Email

• Create email from start to finish including writing informative, engaging copy, selecting and enhancing images then creating the full design of the email.

• Pull relevant links and add tracking codes on all email assets for e-commerce, store and event support for promotional offers, lifecycle marketing and special events.

• Manage A/B testing to increase performance in subject line, creative, copy and other variances.

• Set up and maintain reports on general email performance along with sales/customer lift as a result of the email.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in an online marketing role

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or digital marketing preferred

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, email and including database management skills.

• Advanced Adobe Suite proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

• Working knowledge of HTML, Wordpress, Magento and Ebay
